By using Fluent, you agree to these terms. They're written to be straightforward.

Using Fluent

Fluent is a language learning app currently in early access beta. You may use it for personal, non-commercial language learning purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service itself.

Accounts

You can use Fluent without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content

Conversations you have with the AI tutor are used to provide the service and improve your learning experience. We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

Service availability

Fluent is provided as-is during early access. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitations

Fluent is not a substitute for professional language instruction. The AI tutor may make mistakes. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fluent after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
